Easter Sunday

My Easter Sunday was very boring! My son is still in New York with my mom. I woke up that morning feeling so lonely lol. Every parent on Facebook was posting their pix of their kids hunting for Easter eggs and with their Easter baskets and I'm home whining to my mom over the phone how I miss Ethan. My mom and Ethan went to church and then had dinner at one of my aunts house in East Manhattan.


I spent my morning cleaning and organizing my living room and then cooked a little Easter dinner for myself. Took a hour nap and was woken up by a phone call from my brother telling me to meet him at my sister's house for dinner. Went over to my pregnant sister's place and we ordered pizza and wings because she didn't want to cook lol. My nephew ordered a movie on TV so we ended up watching Ride Along with Kevin Hart lol(his choice). After pizza and wings, a movie and Jermiah's ice cream I caught the itis and went home.


overall it was an ok Easter. Although I didn't get to Spend it with Ethan and it was his first Easter, there's always next year. He enjoyed himself with his little cousins and I can't complain I was still with my family. I was thinking of still purchasing an Easter basket to have waiting for him for when he comes back home. Yup I think I'm gonna do that.
